136. Britney is an idiot (understatement of the year). She has the resources for the best representation in the country but she chooses to not listen to her attorneys. Stupid and stubborn are a lethal combination. Why does she even bother hiring attorneys if she's not going to listen to them.

BTW, Liz (#125). I've been a paralegal for 20+ years and I can't believe your spelling and grammar. You might want to take English 101. "Others" in "judge other's [sic] for their behavior" is not possessive, hence no apostrophe. And "As a paralegal I seen"? How about "As a paralegal I HAVE seen." "Noone" and "lawfirm" are not one word. And "papparozzi" is spelled "paparazzi." "It's a shame she is going threw [sic] this hard time"? I think you meant "through," not the past tense of throw, which is "threw." Honestly, what's the world coming to when a paralegal doesn't know basic English writing skills?

139. Geez 138 comments in 18 hours and counting. That's the key to Britney's purported "success."

Her catastrophic 2007 VMA performance shows she's no longer professional. Celebrity fuels her livelihood, so now that she can't generate it with fame, infamy suffices ... or so she believes.

She's wrong. She's Britney Spears, but that doesn't give her a special dispensation from reality.

Her lawyers have bailed, her career's a mess and her personal life makes Ma Barker look like mother of the year. The train wreck part of her life is over, with another one on the horizon.

It must be truly awful dealing with Britney if a law firm will voluntarily back away from a trough full of money. For 3 firms to back away is mind-boggling. You know they were left with no other alternative because seeing all those dollars left behind on a table has to be killing them.

143. What a waste of air Brit is. She is really begging the court to take those boys away. She does not want them but she does not want K-Fed to have them either. She should sign away her rights to those boys, get her tubes tied or sew her legs closed and go away as no one cares about her anymore as she is a train wreck and does not want help. I ALSO READ JAYDEN WAS IN THE HOSPITAL AS WELL. VERY TRAGIC SITUATION.
SOME JUDGE SHOULD PUT HER MONEY IN TRUST FOR HER AND HAVE A COURT APPOINTED PERSON GIVE HER AN ALLOWANCE. IF SHE DIDN'T HAVE ALL THE MONEY TO USE JUST TO PISS AWAY, THEY MIGHT BE ABLE TO HELP HER. RIGHT NOW THERE IS NOTHING HUMBLE IN BRIT. MY HEART ACHES FOR THE BABIES.

147. I feel so sorry for those kids...even a little for Brit. I mean how could anyone stand all those paparazzi EVERYWHERE?? The kids are growing up thinking it's normal to have screaming frenzied people follow them all over. In the most recent video you see the youngest closing his eyes to the bright flashes of camera lights...so Sad!
