While moist most stars like Paris Hilton and Pamela Anderson dropped the ball this year in Vegas, Mandy Moore lit up the new year at the Knights Head Microbrew at the Raleigh Hotel in Miami Beach. 
What a sparkler, and the handheld pyrotechnics weren't shabby either!
16. Ms Moore loooks pretty normal to me; I'vecertainly got no problem with or about her! BUT would anyone trust PARIS or her sis (or Brittany or .. well, any such similar) with any sort of pyrotechnic?!!
