49. I feel sorry for Britney, she is obviously in need of help. I feel really sorry for her boys. I was truly hoping that she would snap out of it and get the help she needs in order to take care of her boys. The papp can give her a break and leave her alone. I dont understand why something so serious is becoming a joke with everyone. Where is her family? She needs them to step up to the plate and get her the help and love that could help this poor child.

her press has her as marginally capable of caring for her own business. can't her attorneys, business management, press management, her pool boy, someone petition for controlling her assets as a fiduciary responsibility. she seems like if she's not getting intensive psych therapy she's a danger to herself and anyone around her, anyone on the same streets, sidewalks and freeways with her.

she doesn't want those kids.
and she obviously has some other need greater than her need for the well being of her children.

Actually the age for "consent" in most states is age 16. Most states, though, do have a caveat attached and that is if there is more than 2 or 3 years difference in the age. The laws read differently depending on the state laws.
