72. Ok, no boots, so let's pick on the dress. If kaplan and fed are really fed up with britney's refusal to sit for the deposition and to defend herself in the suit against her filed by fed, why haven't they filed the necessary papers to end the suit b/c of her refusal to defend herself? You know why? Because he doesn't want the kids - he was expecting her to offer him a big $ settlement - she is playing him like a fiddle. Unfortunately, all of this is hurting the kids. I truly believe that neither of them want the kids all that much. IMO, fed was expecting that big $ offer to drop the case and walk away (which I truly believe he would have done). Britney, on the other hand, is saying, two can play this game. You want the kids? Take them. That is my take on this. Sad but true.
