20. I hope this photo isn't from her entry into the depo...as she looks unfittingly arrogant and pleased with herself here. I hope this pic is from somewhere else and simply slapped up here. Let's hope she is able to work through these hoops without extreme measures having to be taken. If she blows it completely, can she not restructure the agreement at a later date a few years down the road should some maturity and clearer thinking set in and she starts to understand the repercussions of her current approach? I certainly hope so, for her and her children's sake.

"Britney may have blown off yet another deposition in her ongoing custody battle with Kevin Federline, her second in two days, according to Ok! Magazine.

Apparently, Brit was scheduled to be deposed this morning at 9:45, but didn't leave her house until after 10.

However, once en route, with pal Sam at her side, Brit got cold feet and turned the car around.

Sam still claims that Brit will show at the depo, but she may have already missed her last chance; according to the mag, Kaplan may already be headed to the courthouse "to ask the judge to dismiss Britney's custody claim and give Kevin permanent custody."

UPDATE: Sam is now telling reporters that Britney is, indeed, a no-show! Is this the end of her custody battle?"

28. OH BOY!! I dont get what kind of news this is.. A depo is a stressful and lousy thing to go to, i have been to two of them and believe me, if i could have gotten out of them, i would have tried!! And for everyone who is so worried about Britney's kids: Get a damn life!! Her kids will always be very very well taken care of, why dont you worry about kids who are homeless in this country and have no food?? The ONLY reason that any of this is going on with the family court is because K-Fed wants more money: thats it, plain and simple: MORE MONEY!! The idiot isnt happy getting 30 thou a month for nothing, he wants more. He could give a heck less about his kids!! Its all about the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$!!!
