64. I'm from Scotland and I'm pale. It's not a choice, it's genetics. I don't tan, I burn. I've been called everything from albino to casper to white chocolate. I would never say something negative about someone's skin being dark, I'd like to think those of us who have fair skin can live amongst the rest of you without fear of being insulted. Sadly, we can't.

75. I'm astounded and pleasantly suprised by the universal support Cyndi is getting from the blogosphere.

Quite a change from the usual invective that is spewed towards so many other pap-targets. Guess it's because:
- she's not trying to market a pretend talent
- she doesn't have a pretend body
- she doesn't have a pretend relationship
- she doesn't have to pretend self-esteem
In short, she doesn't have a pretend life. Think about what that says about the rest of the A to Z-listers we infatuate ourselves over. Maybe we should rethink our society's obsession with flawed people.
