Lets Get This Party Started
It's a "Titanic" Disaster

Eleven years ago, this actor starred in "Titanic," but has since sunk to a new low. Can you guess who the bald and the, er, beautiful star is?

Tom Clears a Hole for His Tight End

Looks like celibacy isn't part of Tom Brady's pre-playoff prep -- he's still getting a workout with his Brazilian supermodel galpal Gisele Bundchen.

TMZ spotted the couple last night in NYC as they hopped a cab, and while Tom is usually the one getting protection from large, burly men, he was the one providing cover for G.

Brit's Lawyers Will Quit -- She's Impossible!

TMZ has learned Britney's latest set of lawyers has bitten the dust.
Read the motion
The high-powered firm of Trope and Trope filed legal papers today asking to withdraw as Brit's hired guns in her custody dispute with K-Daddy.

In the legal papers, attorney Tara Scott from Trope and Trope wrote, "There has been a breakdown in communications between [Britney] and Trope and Trope making further representation of her interests impossible." Ding dang wha?!

No word on whether Brit has a new lawyer.

You may recall, disso-queen Laura Wasser quit Brit last year as well. Representing a popwreck can be a bitch!

UPDATE: Sources tell TMZ the reason Trope and Trope withdrew is because Britney just didn't listen to her lawyers' advice, and her behavior was generally sinking her case.

31. How pathetic. Whenever a picture gets out of a celeb being or looking NORMAL (read: Billy Zane's balding photo), that celeb is immediately branded "has-been," "washed-up," etc. He looked good with hair in Titanic, he looked good without it in The Phantom, and he looks good here.

Idiots.

32. you've got to be kidding me, This is beyond worthless. A film of Tom Brady and his girlfriend hailing a cab? You sure scooped the competition! How can he ever show his face in public again after that? And the sensational by-line about his celebacy was expertly crafted to fit this titilating imagry. Truely impressive journalism

33. Billy Zane was balding when he did Titanic, he wore a hairpiece for the role. How stupid you are TMZ

34. Billy Zane was bald in Titanic, he has been losing his hair since his early 30's so this is not news to me, that was a piece he wore in Titanic and so what my hubby has been losing his hair since his 30's and I love him as always so??
And Winnie Cooper is still adorable, that show was just like my & my husbands growing up only I was Kevin then.....lol

35. I am so sad that our news and commentary has come to the low level achieved on this website. Heaven forbid if YOU may lose your hair....or become disabled......or make a public goof. I had read that in 2008 people were going to desire more "civility" in their lives, and more politeness. Apparently, that prediction has passed you by. Which is what I will do when I see your website in the future - PASS IT BY.

38. TMZ must really be hard up for news to show a picture of a person who has lost his hair. Then to make it worse, make nasty comments on his looks. GET A LIFE HARVEY!!! Last time I seen you on that horrible court show you host you sure didnt look like Tom Cruise. And arent you getting a thin on top?????????

39. I guess it's why some people get into photography, I suppose . People buy the magazines and computers to see
how the other 5 % live. I think I prefer being normal ,the other 95 %.

40. Just like my name says - I'm tired of reading this stuff on line and seeing it on tv. My hope has been bolstered though, by the responses you've received to this most recent set of articles.

I'd like to see the writers, editors and producers then and now pics for a field day of ripping them apart.

41. I'm with Deb and all the other commentors who have a negative view of TMZ. TMZ is no better that the National Enquirer or The Star.
Your mission seems to be to make the lives of those "in need", worse and more miserable (for some like Britney Spears and Lindsey Lohan), by your relentless STALKING and INVASION OF PRIVACY. There is such a thing as personal space and respect for privacy. Golden Rule anyone?
I understand there is a threshold that celebrities know they are crossing when they walk into stardom, but that doesn't give you all the right to push so aggressively and to make useless hateful foder of their lives, by creating situations that those you are stalking, can't get away from without looking foolish, therefore making headlines for your website/show(s).
Seriously, get a REAL job like the rest of us out here, and actually CONTRIBUTE to American Society, instead of making us look like a bunch of spoiled-ass Americans that other countries make fun of.
And for those who ask, "Then why are you on this site?" Simple. To state my distaste in the hopes that after enough of us post our like-minded distaste, that someone interior or exterior to 'the company' will close up shop. Good 'ol Freedom of Speech.
Here's hoping you have the gumption enough to post my comment.
And here's also hoping you crash and burn very soon.

42. I think Billy Zane is an interesting actor.
What's hair or lack of it got to do with anything?
What kind of reporting is this?

43. I think Billy Zane looks great regardless of hair on his head. What a low thing you people have to sink to to make money. Have you looked in the mirror lately TMZ. And yes, I could be other sites but sorta fell into this. I think I will crawl back out of the TMZ hole. The air is very stale in here.

44. come you guys. He say he is washed up because he lost some hair. I think you people are the one thats washed up. If your going to report something. At least make it worth reading. I hope Billy brings you poeple to court for making that remark about him. Shame on you fools

45. Don't be making fun of bald people; there's nothing funny about it. Do you also make fun of people with disabilities, cancer, or other abnormalities? You should be ashamed of yourself......I bet half of all the actors/actresses are wearing false hair, boobs, teeth, and whatever else money can buy. Does that make them any better than anyone else? You should stop making fun of people....it's not nice. You know the old saying......."What goes around, comes around".
