To the credit of TMZ, when they commented in November about Hewitt's Hawaii beach photos, they only reported about something many Hewitt watchers have been noticing for some time. Looking back at pictures from early '07, Hewitt's figure has been widening ever so slightly each month. The bikini shots were only the catalyst since Hewitt was unable to hide within frilly, loose clothes. With her once promising career coming down to a low-rated CBS drama, Hewitt struck out towards the negative headlines more viciously than any regular celebrity. Obviously, Hewitt is no longer the healthy but skinny woman she was a few years ago after those dinners at the Sizzler. We should also mention her love affair with Ronald McDonald and perhaps sometimes the Hamburgler as she's admitted to enjoying fast food.
TMZ unfortunately received much of the bloggers heat just because they posted the topic and pictures. While they can apologize for their surprisingly limited involvement about Hewitt's negative internet press, I think there's many who will stand by their truthful, but less favorable words against Hewitt.
