And even if it were the case, better a "has been" than a NEVER WAS. It sounds to me like some unattractive person reveling in the misfortune of another. Trust me--and most of the other people who posted on this site--it takes a helluva lot more than flipping his wig (the more proper word would have been "toupee," anyway) to make him into a FORMER hunk. You're often right about celebrities, but in Zane's case, you missed BIG TIME!
As far as this fan is concerned, he's STILL got it going on. Post a picture snapped and grabbed in water of ANY of the HOT guys now and you won't get a very appealing shot. EVEN so, Billy looks damned handsome and the ball looks GREAT on him. Nice try!

TMZ you've hit a new low making fun of a man because he's bald. Billy Zane has never lied about his baldness. He wore a wig for "Titanic" because the role required him to do so. It's easy to make fun of someone when you pick an unflattering picture of him. Billy Zane is a pretty sexy guy with the most hypnotically beautiful eyes. He's got looks and talent and that makes losers gun for him.
