Mischa Visits Our Lady of the DUI

Busted for DUI and looking to find forgiveness in the eyes of the Lord? Do what the stars do, and visit the Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Beverly Hills. Forgive me Father, for I drove drunk!

Mischa Barton was the latest partying parishioner to visit the church's hallowed halls. Photogs spotted the "O.C." hottie in her Sunday best yesterday afternoon. No wine for her!

The Good Shepherd Catholic Church is the same one where Lane Garrison cried back in December 2006, just days after the fatal car crash in which he was the driver. He's in prison now. And Paris' parents attended a service there while she was in the slammer. Pass the collection plate on that one!

May Hollywood have mercy on their souls. Amen.

153. You people are pathetic! She is coming out of church. Perhaps this is a legitimate example of trying to turn her life around. Just because other celebs have gone there, too, doesn't mean anything. She looks very nice. Yes, people wear skirts and heels to church and the "side boob" is VERY minute and barely worth mentioning!!! She looks lovely and as for the one who mentioned nice outfit for January - HELLO!!! They're in Cali! A LOT warmer there than in the midwest. However, here in Central Ohio today it's going to be 65 and my husband is on his motorcycle and my kid is in shorts! Give the girl a break. Unless she ends up acting like one of the 3 stoogettes - Brittany, Lindsay or Paris, I'm sure she'll be ok.

158. Maybe she should try visiting a different church than all the others it may be a tad more beleiveable...but hey, this is probably where the County Judge goes to church. So they make an appearance, at Church before they go before the Judge he see's them at church and knows "Hey, I seen them in Church this past week, they must be okay."

I guess I'm curious whose going to be the first one they are going to "use" as an example. But maybe they won't until they get a NEW JUDGE!!

162. Dumb jerks each of you. I hate stooping to your level of ignorance but you bloggers drive me crazy. If she is driving drunk, she is obviously trying to find something that she does not feel within. If she finds comfort in a church, she is less likely to kill one of your loved ones (I assume you pay them to love you) while driving drunk.

If people are pacified and "comforted" by the thought of a boogey-man in the sky smiling on them and patting them on the head then fine. MOST people with a single digit IQ somehow feel the need for Celestial "atta-boy's" and I suppose if it gets them through their imbecilic lives then it's right for them.

164. My family would KILL me, if I tried walking out of the house in something like this, to go to church. Head covered, arms covered, chubby legs covered - doesn't Mischa (whoever she is) know that ? Also, it's difficult to NOT notice that she displays her bulletin as a prop rather prominently.

165. I dont know why people pick on her. Everyone makes mistakes in life and if you say you do not make mistakes then you are not human. Who cares what she wore to church, I would wear that too. She went and asked god for forgiveness and I dont think he cared what she wore so why does anyone else. She is a beautiful girl and to go and ask for that forgiveness if brave in my opinion so just maybe people should think about the fact instead of what she wore.
