Brit/K-Fed Lawyers Hash It Out in Court

K-Fed's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan and Brit's attorney, Tara Scott, have been meeting with the Commish in chambers about Britney's meltdown. We're now told they have left, but will be back in court at 1:30 PM PT today.

We're told they've just finished and Kaplan is on his way down to talk to reporters. We'll stream it live.

Sources say Kaplan planned to ask the judge to strip Brit of visitation while she's on a mental hold in the hospital after last night's craziness.

32. If you read the reactions here, you see everyone is excusing her behavior again. I guess you all feel sorry for a girl who defies the law, does tons of drugs, and the children were there while she was abusing whatever it was. She does not go to her depositions then finally goes 2 hours late. She does whatever she damn well wants and you all enable her by this "Poor Brittney" stuff. She is an ignorant idiot who thinks only of getting her face in a camera, yet everyone is ready to feel soooooo sorry for her, you are all crazy, she is obnoxious and you all allow it along with the courts. If a normal person pulled half of what she does, we would be in jail.

35. Sadly, I think it's only a matter of time before she kills herself. She's been spiraling down hill since she broke up with Timberlake. I really am praying for her, her children, and everyone involved in her life. This whole thing is soo sad, and I hope she or someone can help her before it's too late. The pho tog's should really leave her alone, and let her heal.

36. I think she has finally hit rock bottom. Now she needs REAL friends to help her get it together. She needs to get help with whatever may be going on. I'm bipolar and can see some of the symptoms, but she needs to take this time to get her head together and be open with her doctors. Lots of peolpe have meltdowns. Most just don't do it in front of millions. Pray for her health and her boys. They are the ones with the most to lose.

38. It is understandable that if we would all not buy the tabloids or watch these programs the papparazi would be gone. But that is never going to happen. I saw a video the other day where she was driving crazy. Duh she was being chased by the person taking the video who then sold it and made money. I do wonder where all her family support is. It seems to me she has been their meal tickets then they turned to her sister to be one. I hope she disappears and goes somewhere with someone who cares and gets her head together. She can't do it in this situation. I hope that those kids of hers are well taken care of by Kevin. But I wonder why was his bodyguard picking up his kids and not him?

39. Papps will not stop following her every move. No one absolutely no one could possibly live this way. She can't even take her children with her wherever she goes because the papps are always there and it is dangerous because of them.

She is totally misunderstood by the public. She is a sweet innocent person and K-fed, the papps have completely messed up and are to blame for all of her mistakes and actions.

They are the ones to blame for her losing her kids.

The only way she could deal with the papps abuse, and everyone leaving her high and dry was to rebel against them.
That is why she has acted the way she has, shaved her head, went out at night she needed to try to escape from the papps and fell down. Everyone has been beating her up. You are all bullies.

40. I agree with Beatrice Jo Jo............Please be smart enough to realize that a mental sickness is no different
than any other kind of sickness, be it kidneys, heart, or whatever. TMZ choose to show (first) the photo of
her smiling in the ambulance; only later did they show the photos with pure anguish on her face. If she
had locked herself and baby in the bathroom for 3 hrs (as reported) imagine her terror if she was thinking
someone was trying to harm her or her baby. Kevin was a backup dancer--he say a good thing. Unfortunately
Britney fell in love. Kevin then had two babies in quick succession to assure he would have an income for
the next 18 years whether he works or not. Britney simply was not able to absorb all that entailed with being
used and having Kevin two-time her for all the public to see. I wish her strength & pray she gets the help she needs.

43. I do not feel sorry for her nor am I excusing her. But why can't people back off and give her space. The problem is every mistake she makes is in the tabloids because someone is after her constantly. Where we normal humans can make the same mistake but no one sees. I do think she has mental and emotional issues that need to be taken care of but you can not make an adult do that. They have to want to.
