TMZ has learned Sean Preston and Jayden James were returned to K-Fed tonight just before 11:00 PM PT.
We're told that while cops were at the troubled pop star's home, they discovered Spears "under the influence of an unknown substance."
Several ambulances have been called to the scene.

20. It's good to know the kids are ok. I really worry about this girl - 2 babies in such a short period of time, making bad choices, possible post partum depression complicated by obvious drug use - that's a recipe for disaster. Of course, K-Fed isn't the greatest either, what with the nonstop weed smoking around the kids. These kids really did lose the parent lottery. And the grandparents don't seem much better, if Grandma Lynne is any indication. A foster care situation sounds better than what they're experiencing right now.

28. How is this possible that in this day and age, a celebrity can have this much influence in the courts! I am a middle class citizen who is outraged with the fact that Ms. Spears keeps getting chance after chance and doesn't learn. What is it going to take before the childrens best interests are looked after? How is it possible that a known fellon, and substance abuser can still have custody of her kids , a drivers licence, and papparazzi that contribute to her downfall? If a regular citizen should do anything that Ms. Spears does, we go directly to jail, no second chances and no 40 minute stays. If you do the crime you should have to do the time that we all have to do! Ask yourselves this, if something (god forbid) where to happen to those kids, who do we blame? Stop this crap before the it goes to far! If you all agree with me, then please don't buy the magazines with her in them or on them. Don't send the papparazzi everywhere she goes. Don't give her anymore time!
