62. think the boys need to be taken from her, just for a while until she can get her self together. She needs help so bad and no one is giving it to her or making her get it. There are so many people around her that are just in it for the money and the few people that really do love her are not enough to make her do it because she keeps pushing everyone away that really cares about her. Somebody needs to just take her away from hollywood for awhile, take her to an unknown place, get her in rehab and let her heal for a few months. She needs help and she needs it fast before she hurts her babies. I pray she gets the help she needs before she hurts herself or those boys. I wish her the best.

HOWEVER... there are thousands of crackhead mothers who have custody of their children, the only reason this seems like such a big matter is because britney is a celebrity. I think temporary custody should go to someone... until she gets herself straight.... children shouldnt go without their mothers... they are suffering.
