31. Brit did not grow up in a loving normal family with sane working parents that put there children first.
I doubt she is even aware of how much money and freedom she can have, she needs to get out of Hollywood and get away from every pap she can find.
I think she has a drug and alcohol addiction along with the constant need to be on TMZ or another venues. She needs to hear how desirable she is from every man taking her picture in order to feel self worth. It's sad and the unavoidable outcome is frightening.

Brit you are an adult you need to stop the rebellion because you are a Mother now. Time to change you were on top a few years back. Don't turn out like Dani Plato she had fame had a baby young and was dead before her time.

32. She probably refused to give the kids back. She seriously needs help before it is way too late. I hope the judge just gives full custody to Kevin and end this nightmare.

33. Let's just hope the children are okay and that they haven't been injured or worse while left with their lunatic of a mother. Seems I read she had them over the New Year's holiday along with a court appointed monitor (thankfully) and if she has had those children since New Years, she's probably just wanting someone/anyone to hurry and come and take them back to Kevin.

35. Kids should have been returned to Kevin at 7PM, he has full custody. If cops called at 8PM and kids still with Britney then she violated another court order. Her visitation needs to be suspended until she begins to act like a mom. Those poor little boys, no hope for Jamie Lynn's kid, it to is doomed to misery. This is so so sad.

Spears is defying court-mandated custody hours by refusing to turn over her sons to ex-husband Kevin Federline's bodyguard.

The pop star was due to turn over Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, at 7 p.m. PST. Federline's bodyguard arrived at her home to pick them up, but Spears would not budge. She has been with the kids since noon Thursday.

Ninety minutes later, police arrived.

"There have been police sent to that residence," a LAPD officer tells Usmagazine.com. "We don't know any more at this time, but apparently they've arrived."

Federline's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, was seen leaving Spears' home around 9 p.m.

44. At first I kind of felt sorry for her, however, I now think this woman feels she has to be in the news with her picture splashed all over the place every day, no matter what she is doing. When she doesn't get in the news she seems to do anything to get the media's attention. I feel sorry for the kids, they are so innocent and in need of a parent. K-Fed is no better if you ask me. Britney obviously shows no concern for her kids, and flaunts it loudly by not showing up for court ordered appearances. This is coming to an end very soon, and it is not going to be good. Maybe even with a tragic ending. So sad.
