Britney's father and brother arereported to be with her at the hospital. Lynne is at home with their other daughter Jamie. Lynne along with others close to Britney have tried to help her but any time anyone does or says something against what Britney wants she removes them from her life. That's what she did to her mother when she tried to intervene in the past. Britney called on her mother when she wanted someone to help her keep custody of her children but when the court refused to allow Lynne to be the court appointed monitor Britney sent her packing because she no longer had any use for her.
You cannot help someone who does not want to be helped. All indications are that Britney has not yet come to grips with the fact that she needs help. Time will tell if she acknowledges that she's hitting rock bottom. If the reports about her having a tamtrum and demanding to be released from the hospital are true, then it's clear she still doesn't get it and is not willing to acknowledge that she's a statistic waiting to happen.

Is it staged or just a great "money shot?" A really good photographer would get a great candid shot without it being posed but paparrazzi are not real photographers other than in the fact that they are paid for their whoring, I mean services. These people don't need to call the paps, they stalk them day and night and you can bet your booties someone said "oh wait isn't this the one year anniversary of her sister's death, somebody keep an eye on the graveyard just in case". Regardless of what we think of her parenting skills, or lack thereof, regardless of whether this is staged, someone paid a photographer for this photo and someone made the easy decision to publish it. There is no decency nor any lines people won't cross in this business. And sadly, people buy the magazines and visit this site, myself included, there has always and will always be a market for sleaze. And Larry Flynnt is abhored for publishing Hustler? How is this any better? It's not.

The sister died a year ago, it's not the anniversary, she's had time to get to L.A. if she wanted to....the Mom just wants sympathy, as a lot of people putting the blame on her. Maybe she should help herself, get her own life together, before dealing with the drama that is the Spears girls.
