BritneyTMZ has even more evidence now that this is NOT a case of substance abuse. As we already reported, we're told Brit has all the symptoms of what appears to be some sort of bipolar disorder. This is becoming the universal operating theory from people in both Brit and K-Fed's camps. They are privately hoping the docs properly diagnose her at Cedars.

Also, there are reports swirling about all the people in Brit's home who came to her rescue; who broke the door down, who just lingered. You would think she was having a pre-pre-pre Super Bowl party.

In fact, we know that aside from the monitor, there were a grand total of two others in the house -- aside from Brit and the kids. The two were both hired help.

92. I've been saying this and saying this for the longest time. Long before it became popular to do so! And I do not like one bit that she has it, because now people may say something horrible like 'Oh, that's what Britney has too?' I can't stand the thought of that!

94. If this chick IS bpolar, the judge needs to answer why he didn't do a mental evaluation long ago. He put the kids in harms way. I hope someone follows up on this.

96. Definitely BP. Knew it would come out eventually especially after the shaving the head incident back in March. Her behavior is typical manic BP behavior. She's been self-medicating for a loooong time. Personally don't like her but hope that she gets the proper dx and meds and therapy. It is also well know that PPD exacerbates the symptoms of BP. Perhaps with a proper dx she can salvage her career and move on with her life.

99. So what do they do at these 72 hour evaluations? I imagine Brit will refuse to speak to the docs. How can they make you seek help? She has resisted thus far.

100. She is definitely bipolor....I said this a year ago and was laughed off the forum...

Let me tell you why....My wife was bipolor....we had a great marriage for 10 years...she showed no symptioms...then we had a baby...8 months after...she was the perfect Mom...then one night on vacation, it was like the Exoricist...she became someone else....she looked a little different and acted in a way that it felt like I was with a totally different person...it was scary as hell...4 days later on the cruiseship..the captain and doctor took me aside and said I had to get my wife off of the boat because she was scaring everyone...this was a boat that held 1500 people...5 days before that, she was a loving mother and a CPA...why did it start? because her chemcal balance was thrown off after the birth of our daughter....for 7 years after that, she went thru bad ups and downs....the manic highs were just horrible to live with....it was pure Britney...doing things like cutting off their hair on a whim....staying out without coming home...they dont care becuase they dont know anything is wrong with them....finally, she came to me 4 years ago and said she needed help...it was a low point..suicidal...we went to a hospital...she stayed 3 weeks...they adjusted her meds...and she was able to function at her job and we were able to resume our marriage....she wasnt the same though...the medicine took out the highs and the lows and left her without feeling...she would cry because she couldnt laugh....2 years ago she interviewed for a senior manager job...a great job..and she got it...2 weeks alater...she committed suicde...levaing a note saying she couldnt go on feeling this way....constantly on a medicine cocktail....5 different medicines...which tries to keep you stable..but without feeling..she couldnt live that way...being a freak...even though she could have hid it from her employers lie she had done in the past....she knew she would get worse because she found out her Dad had it...and her sister...like I said.I never had a clue until it rose to the surface with a vengance...Britney is going thru the same thing...she needs to be on meds, which will keep her stable...but I doubt you wil ever see the Britney we saw prior to the babies being born...she needs help before its too late...trust me...

101. For Concerned Mother:

Depression, bipolar and all these so-called "diseases" have no biological basis. Meaning psychiatrists have never been able to show proof of their theory that "depression" or "ADHD" etc.. are chemical or brain-based "diseases". After 30 years of studying brain scans and blood tests, they've never been able to see a single "mental illness".
Summary: Depression is not a disease like diabetes or cancer.

105. # 58, having a relative that is bipolar does not qualify you to say she is not. Bipolar disorder affects people in different ways. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that Britney is Bipolar,but she likely has Borderline personality disorder also
