64. Maybe Brit should move to NY. CA's laws stink. After all. They let OJ go free. I feel soo bad for her. That F up (KFed) is only after her money. She supports them financially (her kids and the F up). She should be able to do whatever she wants with them. They are her kids!!! If she wanted to take them to Mars, then so be it. This whole story makes me sick to my stomache. Give her her kids back!! Make him get a job (the loser). And, quite frankly, get HIM drug tested and evaluated. Guaranteed he would fail. I'll bet any amount of money that he smokes pot all day long while the nanny takes care of Brit's kids. Which I am sure Brit pays for. Aren't there any lawyers out there that can help her!! Dr. Phil if you really care then get her private help. You should know that this could damage her even further.

and rebellious. She needs to be in her right mind and then make her decisions. You are taking advantage of a very vulnerable person just to make money.

I mean, don't they know that someone who is suicidal can put up a front and just say ANYTHING to get out?? DUH! Shame on Cedars Sinai!! It totally baffles me that she's out of there. Isn't that illegal? Like, here, if someone is a danger for themselves or others and goes into the ER well, they just admit you against your will and for 72 hours. And that's NOT negociable. 73. Dr. Phil is a psychologist. He studied psychology long enough to earn a Doctorate of Psychology degree. Just like someone else might study English long enough to earn a Doctorate of English degree. A psychologist is NOT A MEDICAL DOCTOR. A psychiatrist is a medical doctor who specializes in diseases of the mind. A psychiatrist can prescribe medications for mental illness. A psychologist cannot prescribe any medications. If Britney has a mental illness she should be treated by a psychiatrist who is a medical doctor trained to deal with mental illness. Psychologists like Dr. Phil do not have that training.
