The woman who was allegedly chased by Lindsay Lohan during the infamous DUI arrest last July claims she's racked up a big shrink bill to get over a bad case of the mean girl.

Tracie Rice has sued Lohan, claiming the actress terrorized her in a wild chase in Santa Monica. Tracie, who called 911 during the pursuit, has filed legal papers alleging she's already spent $3,500 in therapist bills at $175 a crack.

Rice also says she's spent $400 on a medical doctor, $145 on a chiropractor, $150 on medicine and two grand in miscellaneous expenses.

Rice also says she's lost her job as a result of the incident, and that she was taking in between $60 - $75,000 a year.

61. Rice should be suing for a lot more. Lindsay was terrorizing her and her daughter (then assistant) and using the vehicle she was in as a weapon. So much for rehab as Lohan has never publicly or privately apologized to Ms Rice and her daughter or the 3 passengers that took along with her. Lindsay is so passe now and I am sick of seeing her picture and articles about her in the media and tabloids---- ie drinking champagne in Italy from a bottle. Please, who cares anymore?

I think Lindz should have faced kidnapping charges for those guys who were in the SUV that Linz carjacked.

Lindz should have faced reckless driving, negligence. DUI, possession and endangerment charges also.

But then again, I don't have the same "agenda" as the LA District Attorney's office, just a sense of equality and fairness for what a regular old citizen would be facing if they had done the same thing. You can bet they wouldn't have more or less walked when it came to punishment--particularly since it wasn't her first time to the rodeo. She'd been there and done that several times and her "get out of jail free" card should have already been revoked.

Harsh opinion? Could be, but I don't think so.

71. In my humble and unprofessional opinion, she seems to have a bad case of the 'shakedowns.'
Most of us have been through far worse, and got up the same way the next day when the sun rose and went to our jobs.
If she didn't want to be chased, she could have stopped, pulled over and kept the doors locked, called the police, and would not have been frightened when she saw it was Lindsay Lohan and not an armed drug lord or something.
Mountain out of a molehill, IMHO. This woman should instead sue herself for some common sense.
