16. I was actually informed by A Jailer that Jessica was released before Christmas. I do know that the Judge has sentanced her to a year in Rehab with NO CONTACT with the media.

24. She's eventually going to lose the baby anyway. How long before she is deemed an unfit and neglectful mother and the baby is raised miserably in foster care? Or maybe she will be one of those mothers that allow their boyfriends to abuse their children, either way this child has no chance of having a good life with this crazy junkie. I hope for the baby's sake that she has a miscarriage.

Is this baby going to be allowed to to stay with the mother, or will it be taken by child and family services because the mother is in Rehab, or will the media attention that she is getting step in and save her ass on that one too? Any other Addict would be doing their time in jail or lockdown treatment and have the baby removed from custody until rehab is completed and sobriety is maintaned......This will be interesting to watch and see if media attention affects the outcome ....

27. As others have said, TMZ, who cares about this girl? She's just another one of the hundreds of American Idol rejects. If you're going to report on American Idol contestants, why don't you at least write about the WINNERS, the runner-ups, or other POPULAR people from the show? Please. I can't even remember this girl ever being on it. She's a nobody.

Actually, she's worse than a nobody because now millions of people have seen her in all her shame and know all her business. It seems that she's paying the price of fame without getting any of the perks that are supposed to go along with it (ie. wealth and success). The poor messed-up girl probably hasn't got a penny to her name or any chance for a half-decent job.

I'm not saying that it isn't her own fault for getting herself into the mess she's in, just that it's not really any of our business what happens to her now. Why should she continue to be treated (and by "treated" I mean scrutinized) like a celebrity just because she was once on a show that she got kicked off of? I'd say leave her alone and let her live the life of a private citizen. She seems to have enough problems as it is.

By the way, that picture of her sitting naked in a bathtub holding a cigarette in her hand was one of the dirtiest, most disgusting things I've ever seen. It's the very epitome of white trash. I pity the poor child SHE'S bringing into this world!

29. Why won't you let my comment through? I didn't swear, spam, advertize, or anything. Man, you people need to take a lesson from Perez! Yeah, he's a jerk (which is why I stopped going to his site) but at least he lets people say whatever they want to say. You can curse, you can advertize, you can spam, you can even insult Perez and he doesn't delete comments like you do. If you want to restrict people to the extent that you do, then why do you even bother with a comment feature? I'm just sayin'.
