Cops to Brit: Stay Away from K-Fed!

Amidst all the insanity during her custody standoff, Britney Spears got slapped with a restraining order by the LAPD, reports People.

Brit was ordered to stay at least 100 feet from Kevin Federline, according to the "emergency protective order," which was issued to "stabilize the situation."

The order was confirmed by K-Fed's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, and was enforced for five business days -- i.e., ending today. Kaplan didn't say whether he would extend it.

"In most cases," said an LAPD rep, "it's issued by officers when there's the possibility of imminent and immediate danger to the victim."

Brit's Cuz Alli – I Didn't Ditch Her!

Alli Sims is swinging back at reports that say she heartlessly abandoned Britney and took a trip to NYC over the weekend, when Brit was hospitalized, to promote her reality show.

"These claims are ridiculous," Sims tells Us. "I had plans for a girls weekend, and my friends had already flown into town to meet up with me. ... I love Britney and care way more about her well-being than any of these strangers making these claims."

Meanwhile, Alli also says that any suggestion that her planned reality show has been canceled are untrue.

46. If Britney gets far enough down, she will know it's time to ask for professional help. There's no shame, but there is honor and self respect in helping yourself in that way. Everyone needs help now and then, and no one has to do it alone. Medical professionals should be chosen rather than private individuals with hidden agenda$.

47. Kevin Federline and his lawyers should just do what they really want to do and stop beating around the bush... Put a restraining order against Britney on her money... So only they can touch it. I wonder what the lawyer said to her that day that she went nuts that night... "give us all your money or you will never see your kids again, kevin is going to get custody and put a restraining order on you" Kevin and his lawyers are slimebags using the kids to get money. The kids should be taken away altogether and given to someone who isn't nuts or obsessed with money.

49. I'm sorry, but I know how she feels. The only thing I did differently right after my divorce, was seek professional help. She went the other route of self-medicating. If anything Brit is the poster child for what not to do after a divorce. She may have sought out the divorce, but that doesn't necessarily mean she really wanted it. I didn't really want my divorce, but for the sake of my sanity and my child it was necessary. I see Kevin Federline much in the same light as my ex husband. I don't think they are evil people, I just think that they have a way of manipulating you to the point where you start to believe you are absolutely insane. Of everything I have learned, divorce is like a death, only that person is still alive, and you have to watch someone that you love go on and live their lives without you. There was a woman in my divorce support group that was not only married and divorced once, but also married and her husband passed away 2 years ago. She said that losing her 1st husband in the divorce was more painful than losing her husband who died. It isn't like that person just goes away. And especially if you have children. You are stuck seeing this person, and having to have some semblance of a relationship with this person whether you want to or not because the kids come first. They still need a mother and a father whether they are together or separate. Britney is obviously grieving her divorce, which is her right to do. I do wish she would seek help, but she will do that when she is ready too. The children seem to be protected enough and she still has her family and friends, and her fans in her corner. Who really ever wants to see a parents rights terminated? I don't really think Britney has done anything so horrible....she just needs help...and I do agree that the children are better off in Kevin's custody until Britney gets herself healthy again.

50. Fed-Ex has always been a loser. It's a shame her parents weren't there for her. Brittney is an adult and a mother now. She needs to ditch the paparazzi so she can actually assess her situation and make a plan. The poor girl can't go to the bathroom without cameras flashing in her face. At this point in time, her kids are ok with the ex. Actually, the press will probably shift their attention to him in her absence, so he'll have to be on his best behavior. Brit was strong enough to stay away from Federline. She's strong enough to pick herself up and get her children back. Fed-Ex put her in this condition she shouldn't have to foot the bill. He should be ashamed to take money from the woman he helped make crazy. The woman has post partum and he did nothing. Then he takes her children away. There's going to be a big bang when the Universe pays him back. I often wonder if people who have no conscience know what a conscience is.

51. im so tired of hearing about this chick. yea she treats her kids like crap, and no, she isn't any kind of mother why don't we turn our attention to kids who are getting abused in our states and cities. her kids have been helped there are millions out there that suffer everyday worse than these kids have. I say let her rot in the hell she has created for herself!!!!!!!

52. Okay honestly, here's the deal. Britney is perfectly okay. She's not insane as everyone thinks. The comments are mostly negative, so I'll take it on myself to put a positive spin on things. There is nothing wrong with being true. Everyone goes through what she's going through, The only difference is she's the only one being focused and exploited on. What's really happening here, is her crumbling under pressure. And after all she is human, so once your done pointing and laughing, realize your no better. :)

54. Any of you ever been subjected to the in and outs of L.A., CA family court system???? It can make a complete mess out of ANYONES life! But when the other parent is a lying, money grubbing, game playing snake, even the best parents have had their lives destroyed and their KIDS ARE THE REAL LOSERS IN THIS ENTIRE SITUATION!!! Those commissioners and all the other court appointed lackies are DO NOT HELP FAMILIES..... THEY DESTROY ANY CHANCE FOR PEACEFUL PARENTING WITH THEIR INABILITY TO CLEARLY MONITOR THE TRUTH IN ANY SITUATION. Children are NEVER better off without both parents in their lives, get the parents the help they need and stop allowing scandalous exes and attorneys to play games that are so abusive to the other parent and the CHILDREN! When is this going to stop.... when this young girl just can't take anymore and seriously hurts herself???? Come on people stick with reality!

56. I still feel bad for her. I think she grew up too fast and that is why she is the way she is now. I think its sad and i feel sorry for her kids but at least they are still babies so they really don't understand what is happening to their mommy. Britany def needs professional help and once she overcomes this horrible depression of hers then she can start over again. Then take better care of her babies.
