Pam to Rick -- I'm Pregnant AND Divorcing You!

TMZ has learned the divorce between Pam Anderson and Rick Salomon is back on and Pam is pregnant!

You'll recall Anderson filed for divorce last month, but called it off just days later. But sources tell TMZ she is now moving forward with the divorce, even though we know she's pregnant with his baby.

Salomon has told friends he believes she is "acting crazy" because of the pregnancy and hopes she will settle back into the marriage. Interestingly, in her divorce petition, Anderson asked for spousal support but not child support.

The couple were married in Las Vegas on October 6.

33. Pamela Anderson - am embarrassment to every woman on earth! Is she next on the list of blonde celebs to be hospitalized for her obvious mental problems? She can't even care for the kids she's got, let alone bring another baby into the world from an 'in name only' BS marriage!! Will this woman EVER go away?

35. don't attack lauren. Facts are as long as the person in this case Pam is taking her meds for the Hep C, then it will not pass on,even to the fetus. Pam is very strict about her body in and out and takes her meds. Plus it is now madatory for children to be Vaccinated for Hep C, it wasn't before 1990. People who do not take their meds can pass it on, or even in extreme cases become bipolar scizo.

Next thing is why is she asking for spousal support but not child support? Spousal support is taxed, child support is not and can give more. My only explanation would be the kid is not his,but then she would not be entitled to spousal support because she cheated. In addition as long as they are married when the child was concieved, it is legally his kid, it doesn't matter where the sperm came from in marriage unless the bioligical father steps up before any contributions were made to the child by the other suspected wed father.

36. can you get spousal support after 3 months of marriage? You have to be married for 10 years to get a share of the pension.

39. L~~~how would it help to vaccinate a child for Hep C if they got it through the placenta?????? It is a possibility, small, but still a possibility, taking meds or not!!! a vacination would not cure it or everyone with it would be cured. you are an idiot, too

41. OK PAM ANDERSON USE TO BE A REALLY FAMILY ORRIENTED MOTHER. IN THE LAST 2 YEARS SHE HAS MARRIED KID ROCK AND SPECULATED SHE WAS PREGNANT,THEN TURNED AROUND AND DIVORCED. THEN SHE MARRIED THIS OTHER GUY AND FILES FOR DIVORCE AND TWO DAYS LATER THEIR THEY ARE BACK ON AGAIN. NOW WE HEAR SHE IS PREGNANT AND STILL GOING THROUGH A DIVORCE. THE CHILD IF SHE IS REALLY PREGNANT ISN'T PROBELY HIS SOOOO SHE IS GETTING RID OF THIS GUY. SHE WOULD ALWAYS PREACH THAT HER KIDS ALL THAT MATTERED AND SHE WAS A SOCCER MOM WONDER WHAT HER CHILDREN THINK AND NOW SHE IS TURNING DOORS ALOT LATELY AND LETTING ANY MAN IN AND GETTING MARRIED IS SHE STARVING FOR ATTENTION SHE IS LOSER AND NEEDS TO REFOCUS ON HER CHILDREN AND NOT DIVORCE COURT EVER 4 MONTHS.
