31. Val was just out for a light jog, hehe. If the cameraman can't or doesn't want to keep up, that's his problem. Good for Val, and he's looking good on the road to fitness. He doesn't have to sit still for anyone unless he's in the mood for it. It's his life. If the photog can't keep up to Val at his age, the photog has a problem, not Mr. Kilmer. This little wild goose chase made me laugh.

34. I have been saying for over a year that you guys are nothing but stalkers. You profess that you do not stalk then if that is the case your dumb ass camera man and his entire entourage should be fired.

Would Levin allow you to follow him around and chase him. In Massachusetts you guys would be stopped short because the laws in that state would allow Val to take out a restraining order against tmz. More stars need to do that to you idiots.

By the way no one at tmz could get a real life job if they tried. They only thing they know who to do is a little html and download video. The head guy could not even make it as a real lawyer.

39. Kilmer was quite amiable and receptive last night when I spoke to him at the Paley Center in Beverly Hills. Your cameraman should take "courtest and decency" lessons from the photographers that were at the Paley last night. Because this moron is totally out of line and disrespectful.

43. Photogs are like wolves. If you run from wolves, then the wolves will chase you down. Am I right? Val could have just thrown the wolves a small bone or two, got in to his car (assuming that's where he was headed), and just drive off. I felt more sorry for the gal he rudely ditched than his being chased by a wolf.

45. In my opinion, seeing Val take off running like that was his way of saying "I don't want you around me, in my space or taking pics or video of me". C'mon TMZ.....your cameraman pap guy showed Val NO RESPECT! To continually keep chasing him when he is obviously running away from you is stalking, plain and simple.
Its no wonder Britney turned out the way she has.....having cameras and the paps in her face 24/7! Chasing you down, smothering you as you are walking, hanging dangerously close to your car as your are trying to drive (close enough to get feet run over)......it's ridiculous! When celebrities are not performing and are on their own time, they should have privacy just like any human being. To have cameras in your face when you are not privy to it is just wrong.
