Little DUI, Big Verdict!

1/10/2008 7:05 PM PST BY TMZ STAFF

A judge says Matt Roloff, star of "Little People, Big World," is not guilty of driving under the influence. What a big relief!

Roloff was in court this morning and waived his right to a jury trial, instead opting to have a judge decide his fate.

Oregon cops busted Roloff last June when they saw his van swerve on a local road.

I bet they get offended when they are at the dive through at McD's and they ask him "would you like to biggie size it"

Here's the scoop...the judge determined 'jury misconduct' Members of the jury did internet research last night and that is in violation of the jury instuctions. The judge had to dismiss the jury and Matt agreed to have the judge make the verdict. Matt is not innocent and all of us that live within 20miles of the Roloff farm know that..

We used to live in that area exactly, and the cops there ARE corrupt. Yes there are good ones, but the bad ones overshadow them. The courts are in on it and it's one big joke. We moved from the area after just getting sick of that amont other things there.
I'm glad TMZ ran a story of his innocence. I think he should talk about it on his show and expose the cops in that area for what they are. I had one pull my wife over that was so completely arrogant and too much testosterone flowing through him. I got pulled over by what could have been his brother with the same bad attitude. You hear horror stories there all the time and from hard working honest people. When you drive the roads there, you drive in fear you will get pulled over for any little thing. It's disgusting what that system has become in that area.
Way to go Matt for fighting it and winning!
