There is photo of her on the net with her having her hair pulled back off her face into a 2 inch ponytail.
She is a very pretty woman but most women will look completely different with more makeup, false eyelashes and a gorgeous weave. She is sporting a "non glam everyday girl look" with the exception of the weave.
When performing she does full hair and makeup which is appropriate for her work. She was taking a day off. So what??
Her stage look is not appropriate for the most jobs women have. However, it can be achieved if you take the time and money to do so.
But It would be pretty odd to have a lady surgeon go into the operating room in full stage make up and hair.
Most women in good physical condition, wearing fake hair and full stage make up, will look stunning.
