It's not that I think that she doesn't want her boys, it is the fact that she is emotionally unstable, is acting out and mentally incapable of dealing with the responsibility of either having them or dealing with them at this point.

It is few, very few, mothers who can coldly turn their back on their children. I don't think Britney is one of them. She's so severely messed up, is apparently incapable of making rational decisions and won't let anyone help her.

she needs to be treated like any body else,just becauce shes a star,people is falling backwords to make what she does ok.
If she truly cared far her children don't you think she would try at least a little. the kids sure don't need to grow up

67. Now come on people. yes, she is a tragedy. Yes, I agree she needs more help then she is willing to admit. But do we need to see her life crumble around her from the choices she makes? Would you want the world to see your life just crumble away at your feet 24 hours a day? Isn't the saying do unto others as you have done unto you? I am sure we have all had friends and family members who have fought similar battles. Would we want the world to know? I know I have and I would not want the world to watch someone I cared for destroy themselves. Sometimes these people fight a good battle and win and sometimes they don't realize they have a battle to fight at all and sadly lose. But would it help them any to have the whole world criticizing their every action-be it negative or positive? I do not think so.

I do feel bad for the kids. They are stuck in this messed up world and never asked to be. They have no clue what is going on and they are at an age where it can possibly affect them in later years.

To be honest I feel bad for Brit too. I believe she has a drug problem, drinking problem, and more then likely a psychotic type of disorder-which in turn makes her drink and do drugs to give her a feeling of levelness. But until she recognizes that she needs serious help, she will continue to make these negative choices. Having the cameras on her all the time will not make her see she needs help. It only fuels her own delusional thoughts of it is everyones fault but hers.

I know I am praying that Brit finds her way. I am praying she finally sees the battle ahead of one of her own demons and fights a good fight to get her life back together. I am praying that her children stay safe and happy. I am praying that one day her children will not be angry at the person their mother is now. I am praying that we the public will leave her alone so she may have a chance to see whom is really destroying her life. I am praying for a safe, healthy, and happy life for her in the future.

So, let's pretend it is yesteryear where celebrities problems did not make headlines. Where the press had dignity to let them deal with their own issues. Let her be. She has many problems of her own and doesn't need the press as an added one.

68. Oh come on! She does not want custody of her kids. She just wants it to look like the were forcibly taken away from her … as in geez, look how heartless the court system is to take kids away from a mother who has obvious metal problems which are not her fault.

For those wondering: Yes, her current law firm will still be representing her. They haven’t been released yet by the court. The hearing for that isn’t until February. I’m sure they’ll do the best they can for her because they’re professionals, but come on the court already knows she is not cooperating with them.

69. IF she is truly bipolar (seems she is) Britney is incapable of seeing her own behavior and changing it. In the meantime, those babies are better not around her, There is several stories that Brit has taken to hitting her head against the wall when things become too much for her to deal with and NOW Sean Preston is copying her bahavior and banging his own head. In addition, there is several stories out there that the baby had bruises AND a bite mark and Brit's bodyguard told police they were there when they kids got to Britney's house last Thursday because Sean Preston had bit him,.

Sean Preston is two years old and already acting out, likely from the stress his mother had brought into his young life from day one. He needs stability and Britney is not giving it to him, she is giving him chaos as her own life is totally chaotic. I would also remind people that while he is far from perfect, Kevin is not out there parading those kids around in the back seat of his car all day long subjecting them to a constant barage of paparrazi and flash bulbs, They did't ask for this life and someone has to protect them; it appears K-Fed is trying to do that... and while she is out blowing $700,000 a month, he gets somethng like $15,000 a month for the babies.... doesn't sound too much like a gold-digger to me.

I've read poster after poster blame K-Fed for her mental breakdown. Actually, people who have followed Brit for a very long time, will remember her breakdown started long before K-Fed and probably had more than a little to do with her breakup with Timberlake (which it seems she never recovered from) and led to that quickie marriage to an old friend in Las Vegas and then to the marriage to K-Fed. She likely went into one of her manic phases and that led to the text message she sent K-Fed telling him she was getting a divorce.

Her Mania has been escalating for many years, seems it went straight up like a hockey stick after Sean Preston was born and everyone should be praying the judge demands she get mental help Monday before she is ever allowed to see those babies again. Right now Commissioner Gordon is the only person with the authority to do anything about Britney and force her to get the help she needs.... and most mentally ill people dont' see they need help, they are incapable. Right now, Britney is incapable and IMO running around with a paparrazi she is in more danger than any time since she started this slide into mental illness.

74. Seems all of this started after her babies.....postpartum depression untreated perhaps? Bi-polar? whay would she not want to get help and at least appear normal and the wholesome Britanny? What's with f_ing the paps? Perhaps it's best to go the Anna Nicole route...then at leats it stops. With Anna, it was somewhat unexpected, with Brit, let's take bets on the date and time.....
