An agitated Britney Spears surfaced this afternoon -- when a worried looking Sam Lutfi dropped her off in the Jerry's Deli parking lot in Studio City -- and she then got into Adnan's car. What, no sandwich?


Looks like Brit will be back to her driving around town antics again this weekend ... or flying off somewhere ... or ... you know, it's Britney, bitches.
