Ummm hello....Madonna didn't hold her children hostage, shave her head, expose her bare privates all around town, marry a man for 55 hours...the British accent is just another reason this WOMAN (she's not a child, she is responsible for her own actions) should be in treatment and kept from her children until she is a correct state of mind. I'm also tired of people coming down on her parents right now, yes, they bare some responsiblity for her most likely inconsistent childhood but it seems like they are trying to help her now...but of course if they do manage to get her into treatment without her consent, there will be rabid Brit fans saying it's unfair. And another thing, I keep seeing the question...why is KFed not trying to gain custody of his other children? I don't think it has anything to do with money, it has to do with the fact that they are being raised by a competent parent=Shar.

68. Usmagazine.com has learned that when police arrived at Britney Spears' Beverly Hills home on Jan. 3 to investigate her custody dispute with Kevin Federline they discovered that her youngest son, Jayden James, had at least one bite and several bruises on his body.

According to a source, the LAPD report of the incident, which ended with Spears being transported to a nearby hospital for psychiatric evaluation, says that when officers arrived that evening Spears responded by yelling at them to get out of her house. Police outside the home peered through a window and saw Spears cradling Jayden in a bathroom and observed that he was not in any immediate danger.

The source says that, though at first police threatened to break down the bathroom door, they soon learned that the door was in fact not locked and the officers were able to open the door and enter the bathroom.

After observing the bite mark and bruises on the child, police were then told by Federline's bodyguard, who had been at the home to pick up the kids, that the injuries were on Jayden before the child had even arrived at Spears' home earlier in the day, and that his older brother, Sean Preston, had actually bit him.

The source also tells Us that tests conducted on Spears at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center later that night found no evidence of drugs or alcohol in her system.

Thank God there are some honest people on k-fed's side. But if the kids went to k-fed's house with bruises him/everyone would have said she did and Kaplan would have requested an emergency hearing with that said I hope she gets the help she needs before trying to get custody back.

70. I definetely agree with the thousands of other people: Brit needs to locked up/evaluated for a long while - and put on medication. This chick is more than out-of-control; she's crossed the line of anything resembling good judgement and sanity. She simply has NO common sense because of her mental illness, which I'm certain is Bi-Polar.

And what about her Mother? I agree with Dr. Phil when he stated, "There's something w-r-o-n-g, when the Mother looks so put together". Brit's Mom is no Mom. I think she's riding on the coatails of her daughters financial success. Shame on her. She doesn't care one rip about Brit. This Mother (mutha) seems to lack real empathy and is ONLY concerned about herself (Narcissism Ad-Nauseum).

The Mother needs to be evaluated - it's a known fact, mental illnesses such as Bi-Polar, Schitzophrenia, etc. are HEREDITARY.

Maybe when Brit attempts suicide, the Mother will get a clue.
