I would think this would be entirely appropriate for K-Fed's attorneys to do. Her behavior and actions have a direct bearing on her ability to provide a safe environment for the boys. If she is erratic in her moods and behavior, then it is obviously not healthy or safe for the children to be around her.

Dragging in paps off the street (or any other strange men for that matter) and bugging out at the spur of the moment to Mexico is probably not something that the court would probably be in favor of. It would probably seem like a slap in the face, but I would also ask her to turn over her passport, too. She seems like she would be the type to run with the boys and take her chances. That's a scary thought right there.

He new from the beginning that Brit wasn't a stable person, that's why he got with her. Him and that Jackson woman set Brit up for the payola! One day real soon they will have to answer to what they are doing; someone should set these two up and follow them. Not everyone is that slick! Someone also needs to check into this Commissioner and see what his ulterior motives are and why he so desperately wants to bring Brit down. Why doesn’t he order a court appointed Psych. 23. She's screwed if it all went down as it's been reported. If you all saw that video where she's actually shying away from the cameras (that's a first for me). It looks like reality may be hitting her. She looks seriously despondent. If this mood continues for the next few days, we might be looking at the depressive side of bipolar disorder. If that is in fact the case, she may very soon be ready to get some help. I don't think she's going to get out of this one. She either seeks help or she can forget anything but extremely supervised visits at the local CPS for the foreseeable future.

24. You people that continually harp on and on about KFed crack me up. Do you realize how hard it is for a mom to lose custody/visitation like she has in the US? Especially one with tons of cash at her disposal to hire the best attorneys?

You Brit supporters carry on like KFed has been some magical puppeter choreographing her downfall.

What do you expect him to do if she has the children and the situation escalates to where cops and emergency personnel were required? You think he should *not* want to know what happened and what his children may have witnessed?

30. I'm sure K-fart's attorney can't wait to put out a news conference on what happened along with TMZ. Until this women is dead no one will be happy. It's time for all people involed to just get off the news and stop trying to show how good they are at ruining this person. She is a sick person ,but it's not our duty to drive her into the ground. And TMZ IS THE WORST OF THE WORST IN THIS MATTER.
