63. 49. isnt it possible that she not only wanted to just be with her kids last week and lost it b/c she wants them, that maybe she was upset about the bite marks on Jayden? here she is being scrutinized for making a coffee run, but yet if they had returned home with a single hair out of place, DYFS would have been called on her. if you're going to call it, do it BOTH ways TMZ - i'm sure if you stalked Federline, you would come up with some sh*t too, like the night he was driving irradically down the road so the paps couldnt pull along the side of the car - with the kids with him!!!!!! lets see some of that stuff....

Michelle, that is no excuse for what Britney did that night. If she was THAT concerned, she could have called CPS or the police...NOT create a police standoff with Britney in the bathroom with the baby screaming. And don't you think if there was dirt to dig up on Kevin, Britney's attorneys would be ALL over it? Don't you think the media would just LOVE a sleezy, nasty story about K-fed? He's laying low. With all the $$ Britney has, if there was dirt to dig up on K-fed, it would be out there in the media.

64. ummm...michelle, i hate to interrupt your little fairy tale, but those boys were NOT in the truck with them. had you read the words along with looking at the vids you would see plainly that kevin was following an suv with his children in it, and his erratic driving was to keep the paps from catching up with the suv and taking pics of his just traumatized boys. and might i also remind you that those buys got traumatized courtesy of their MOTHER...
so basically he put his own life on the line driving on both sides of the road in an erratic fashion, to prevent any further harm to his sons. someone needs to sit you down and teach you how to read and comprehend what you have read. it's amazing that you can function thru the day with the skills you have now.

65. he agreed to split custody, and the only way to get that taken from a parent is to prove the other one is unfit - his lawyer is VERY good, so he knows exactly what he is doing....

67. Amazing! The die-hard Britney fans are STILL trying to defend their idol, and are just coming off as juvenile as she is.

I would be interested in learning about what really happened at Britney’s house. With so many eye witnesses being called into court, maybe I will.

68. This guy is worse than an ambulance chaser. I wonder if KFed is the only client he has? He certainly is raking up the billable hours at Britney's expense (using her money). If Britney goes broke I'll bet he'd drop Kfed like the loser he is. I haven't seen a lawyer this eager to please a client since LA Law was on television. Either he's money hungry or he's enjoying the notoriety he's experiencing. Personally, I'm getting sick of seeing him run back to court like a little bitch every time Britney farts.

69. 54. trinity - he is at fault! she gave him everything he wanted, stuck up for him her entire marriage, and he f**in cheated on her! he was never around - you rarely see pictures of them together her entire 2 pregnancies - so yes, if it wasnt for her not keeping his johnson to himself and his wife, then maybe she wouldnt have filed for divorce - he agreed to split custody, and the only way to get that taken from a parent is to prove the other one is unfit - his lawyer is VERY good, so he knows exactly what he is doing....

70. bella, i usually dont respond to people who like to try to insult people in their remarks, but yes, i can read, and no, it was not a video that had any caption under it or any story - and if you read my other post, you would see that they were actually to get a shot of the child in the truck through the window, so perhaps i do know what i am talking about as i did see it for myself. perhaps you are thinking of something different.

71. It seems kind of funny that so many people on here are blaming K-Fed for Brit's problems, but you don't hear anything about the family blaming him. The family has criticized Dr. Phil, but I have yet to hear one word from them blaming or criticizing K-Fed. All I've heard being said by the family is that Brit needs help. Even the family can see that Brit has done this to herself by ignoring the fact that she needs professional help.

Another thing I noticed about Brit is that, as soon as she gets out of the hospital, she is photographed on a balcony with her new beau, and she's wearing a t-shirt and panties. Right out on the balcony where everyone can see her. It doesn't look to me that she's trying to do anything to help herself. Why would someone sit out on a balcony in a t-shirt and panties unless they were wanting to draw attention to themselves?

72. 58# Michelle - I disagree with you on your last paragraph,, It doesn't matter if anyone is not hurt.. .You are missing the point. Britney tramatized the boys with her antics play right into the middle of the chaos at her house as the police came to her house.. Britney let her boys experienced all craziness in the air and scaring the boys off, blasting off at everyone..Not even close to snap.. If I have a bad day,all I have to say, Mommy needs to go away for a bit. call some one - my friend or my mom to look after my children, rather than traumatize my children over my snap. Raising the children invloves lots of balancing out. Mother means " would not put children in any danger, it also means not to scare the children off in anything"! For Britney it was wrong definination for her! Her mind is not functioning right.. Britney even could not make that decsion to show that on that night... She refused to see that way, and all she wanted to get back at Kevin. ..All I want to tell her Forget Kevin to get even ... Forget Andan to run away with..Start thinking about the boys, IF she really wants the boys then she needs to get help and straighten her life out before she can have the boys back into her life. I bet the judge would questions her antics play from last Thursday's night! I bet Britney try to think something quickly and maybe not enough credible.. It would be the hardest one for her to answer that...I want to get off,.. Had enough of reading all comments... I go back to my favorite normal life for now.

73. Totally Confused: Shar Jackson even admitted about 3 months ago that Federline still smoked pot, trust me, that's some good dirt. Believe it or not, mostly women in custody cases do NOT want to dig deeper for dirt, they just want their kids and what is right, and do not want to sling mud. I'm not saying all the time, but in most cases. I would not be surprised if her attorneys have tried to egg her on to try to go after him and she has said no - how many times do you see a case so one-sided publically - it's all on the offensive from Federline's side, and nothing from her but defense. So I'm just asking... think about it. She has some damn good lawyers, trust me, but I would be surprised if they wanted to drop her b/c she WASNT going after him to at least help her case.

74. Julie G, trust me, all i would want is every child to be safe. I'm not saying what she did was right, perhaps i'm writing it "wrong" on here, but i'm not saying it's right. I'm not saying its excusable either, but it's understandable. big difference. I would be a mess if anyone tried to take my kids away, and worse if someone hurt them. LIke I said before, just as I'm passionate about kids not being hurt by their parents, I'm as passionate about the fact that you don't want to see kids taken away from a parent who has made some mistakes, and has become a medial nightmare.

75. So michelle, you must obviously think that K-fed made her ill, don't you? You don't seem to understand much about mental illness, do you? You just laugh off serious problems as if they were just youthful, fun pranks, right? She's almost certainly bipolar at minimum and the onset is often right around when all the crap started. And Ms. Mindreader, tell me how you know word for word what happened in their divorce proceedings! Tell me she doesn't have a history of taking married and men with children on the way from their relationship! Explain to me why she blew off the court when it was critical to go to keep her kids! Tell me what she has done lately to show that she is a caring, loving, sane mother! Just what did she do that was right? Tell me you fool! I need a laugh! Tell me why she was dragged out in restraints from her house and then jumped ship from the hospital AGAINST MEDICAL ADVICE! Tell me you think she's sane when every expert in the book says she is really screwed up! You opened your mouth, so tell us all in your grand wisdom what everybody else, including trained experts doesn't know.
