You can bet that every article of clothing of that "Typical Oliver Twist homeless bag lady couture ensemble" as you call it, was anything but cheap. They're legitemate clothing, even if she never mixes or matches them well enough to please the Fashionistas.

I **LOVE** how Helena dresses. Unlike drugged-out Amy Winehouse, I think she dressed super goofy on purpose just for the paps. She's probably laughing every time she puts her wardrobe together.
