35. At last some sense. The problem with Britney and so many other ego driven celeb's is all the special treatment they get going back to the beginning of their fame. In Britney's case, since childhood. She would be a different person today if her parents and manager would have taught her how to be a decent human being when they had the chance back then. Instead, she received special treatment and got to do whatever she wanted. The Sheriffs Department is finally doing the right thing. Britney is a disrespectful, spoiled creep that doesn't deserve an extra cent of help from city services. Time to start walking, beyotch.

36. 'Scuse me? I'm not defending Britney but everyone seems to be missing a pivotal point here. Why are the paparazzi even allowed to cause these human traffic jams in front of a courthouse? Freedom of the press means it's inevitable but there are steps that could be taken like having an area roped off, just use a little common sense. These feeding frenzies are disgraceful and they always have been. There has to be a way to control these situations without messing with democracy, come on. It's not Britney's fault the paparazzi behave like what they are, human misquitoes.

37. I'm in no way defending the paparazzi. However, if Britney would stay home and stop driving from gas station to gas station to Starbucks to next gas station and so on and so on, they would eventually stop following her. They follow her because she is so freaking bizarre, we are all sitting around here on a Sunday afternoon commenting on her. She's like driving down a freeway and seeing a horrible accident. You can't help but look. I personally don't think I have ever even heard one of her songs but I can't help but come here and look every day to see what amazingly ridiculous thing she's done now.

As for the paparazzi, California should pass a law that they can't get within 50 feet of a celeb's house or 50 feet from the door of a restaurant, etc. It is absurd the way they swarm not only Britney but every other celeb that is just trying to shop for food or drop their kids at school or do every day normal things. Britney NEVER does every day normal things.

41. That would be the dumbest thing that the sherriffs department could do. If they refuse to help her get into the courthouse, not only will indanger her safety from the people that hate her, but it would most likely cause a riot outside the courthouse forcing them to get out the gear and start knocking some heads around. All she has to do is get there, find a parking spot then call for assistance, they are bound by law to help her or they face ramifications from the state and the judge. They can throw their hands up all they want but she has the same rights to protection as everyone else. Smartest thing to do would be to ride with the attorneys and enter with them.
