39. If K Fed loves his kids and is a good father, then he would want to HELP Britney to get better as any decent parent knows it is best for the kids to have a major part in BOTH parents lives. I hope he spends lots of time with the kids - but probably just a nanny does. I really hope Britney can get her act together and be a decent Mum once again. Come on Britney - seek help, get yourself feeling better then be a great Mum. Seriously if she cant stomach the idea of a mental facility (lets face it NOT many (if any) of us would want to go to one) then there are plenty of other things she can do, such as have a yoga instructor and massage therapist come to her house every day or second day to make her physically relax and feel better, and have some counselling/psychotherapy at home - take your medicine and do some exercise and YOU WOULD feel great!

40. to 8:32 - her lawyers are objecting to the court monitors reports and anything else being pertinent to the case being released to Family Services - ie. Child Services, who as you recall have fielded complaints against both parties.

43. These continuous court hearings need to end. When does the dad get down to actual parenting, and creating a stable life for these children? This mother has been given chance after chance......when will people get it that she just does not want these children? She would have to get over HERSELF to love them and provide for them. Her role as a mother would be meeting THEIR needs, not her own. She is so unpredictable and frightening. If the childhoods of these children are spent in court (for the next 17 years or so) they are going to have many emotional problems. (if not already) A wise judge once said he can predict the extent of emotional problems a child will have by looking at THE SIZE of the parent's divorce file. It is unthinkable to me, to NOT SHOW UP at a court hearing that affects the custody and future of your children. It just goes against Mother Nature. She is very ill.

44. I don't blame her one bit. What does everyone think was gonna happen if she actually did show up in court today? Things are not at all in her favor right now whatsoever. Brit isn't exactly the poster child for stability at the moment and I'm pretty certain she knows this. My goodness, put yourselves in her shoes for a moment....you would be scared to death for this day. All we can do is pray for her and her little boys.

45. And that kids is how you jump on the gravy wagon. Just look at FED EX smirking. What a loser! Granted Britney is a broken spirit who needs fixed now. I like how her parents are there supporting her all the way. That is another problem. Both of those little boys don't deserve them for parents. Sure FED is acting like the father of the year right now because of one thing and that is money. Give some years down the road and it will be him paying those little boys to get the heck out of his face so he can live it up with her money. What a mess
