What part of she is an adult and cannot be forced to get the help she needs, don't you understand???
She has refused all help from everyone.
The court is the only way to get her committed to a psych hospital,period.
She chooses to create the media circus herself. That being said, she has a mental illness, and cannot make rational or responsible choices.

If there was talk of her not having visitation till April (when the next hearing was scheduled, according to TMZ) where did a FEB hearing suddenly enter so that she now might have a possibility of visitation pending THAT hearing? In other words, when did a Feb. hearing appear on the docket? Today?

All he and his lawyers really care about is $$$$$$.
Cuz if he was human and did care he'd step up and help Brit instead of what he's done.

Is he fighting like this to get custody of his other kids? Of course not, she's poor!

58. As an adult, must observe that Britney must stay away from the babies. She probably is seriously ill--all the more reason for her to not see them. This is not a her against him situation. If Kevin had the power, or if her parents had the power, they would help her. It is very, very hard to get a person committed. Sadly I've had personal experience in this arena.

He's not fighting for his other kids, because he is not worried about their saftey when they are with their mother, Oh ya, Shar probably likes her kids too. Having visitation and shared custody in that case is the best case scenario.


Brittney doesn't like her kids.
