Brit to Lawyers -- I'm Just Not Into It

Britney Spears TMZ has learned that when Britney first arrived at the courthouse and went into an underground tunnel, she was met by two of her lawyers -- Anne Kiley and Tara Scott. We're told they actually got into the Escalade to speak with her. That's when Brit said she just didn't want to testify.

That would also explain why she didn't go inside the courthouse from the tunnel. Once she drove away, she came back -- and at one point got out of the SUV -- but then got back in and drove off.

There's a buzz she may be back later today. Nevertheless, it looks like the hearing will go well into tomorrow, and she still has time to show up and testify.

138. MTremaine: Brit was already going over the edge before she ever met Kevin. She started going over the edge when she started messing around on J.T. He saw what she was all about and it didn't work out. Mama Spears had a hard time raising Brit because she was out drinking, partying and losing her virginity at a very young age. She married that guy in Las Vegas not caring about his feelings or how she had hurt him after she had the marriage annulled. Brit was already definitely showing signs of starting to go over the edge before she ever met Kevin. Kevin started to see what Mama Spears and Justin had already experienced with Brit. I believe it was said that Dr. Phil lost his license in Texas.

139. BritBrit sold her soul to the devil to become famous and now he is claiming what belongs to him. Her insane behavior and lack or morals or a conscience is simply due to the fact that she LOST HER SOUL.

140. I think that Britney is doing a wonderful job of handling herself. Why is everyone picking on her? She's raised her kids and is just having her turn at having fun now. What the *ell is up with name K-Fed anyway? No wonder poor Britney had to divorce him! Why doesn't everyone just leave her alone and let her live her life? She is a good person and has not done anything wrong!!!!! She loves her children (even though they are a bit homely) and she can do whatever she wants.

142. What you folks may not realize is that Ms. Brisney might be suffering from a serious mental disorder--that she might be bipolar--and be suffering from a serious-life-threating manic episode. People who are manic are impulsive, have the attention span of a flea, make poor decisions, are "grandious" in their thiinking, refuse all help (even from loved ones),, and most of all are not capable of realizing that they are seriously in need of medical intervention., Manic episodeds include they type of behavior that she has exhibited for a long time, especialy recently. Her behavior is "no a joke., nor ju;st a ploy for attention. Without help, she might be destined to become a tragity. Stop making excses for her behavior and "get her the help" she needs.

143. I'm so sick of the, "brit has to show up in court to explain herself." I don't blame the poor girl for not wanting to go there for 5 reasons:

1. HELLO, PAPARAZZI! GET OUT OF THE WAY! (ok ok, i know, it's thanks to the pap's that i get my daily brit dose but...) No one, and I mean NO ONE wants their dirty laundry aired for the world to see. Well maybe good ol' Rosie.

2. The judge only wants her to "explain herself and her behaviour" because HE/SHE wants their daily brit dose as well. I mean we all know that everything Brit says will be leaked and again her dirty laundry will be aired for the world to see/read... whatever. She's not as stupid as we think she is.

3. Kevin Federline, Mr. Good ol' K-Fed will be in the room. Enough said.

4. Brit having to sit through her daily court hearings would mean she has to sit through everyone telling her what a trainwreck she is, and how she needs to "get her life in order if she wants to keep these kids." I mean, HELLO, would you really wanna sit through a bashing like that? She already gets enough from the press...

5. She has better things to do.. like walking into church, taco bell, or Adnan

Everyone!!!!! just needs to leave this chic alone, if she wasn' getting all this massive attention, she would have a moment to slow down and let life catch up to her.... and if her parents gave a flying flip about their daughter that obviously they have pushed into such a celebrity profile since a very young age, then why the hell aren't they seeking custody of those kids???? It' obvious they dont care about thier own kid unless she is supplying them with mega riches, and has anyone stopped to think that is what might be wrong with her.... She's gonna die on the road she's on, and it's like nobody cares, she is on the edge of a cliff and all these people around seeing whose gonna be the first to give her a push? Think about it!!! LEAVE HER ALONE!!!!
