Brit to Lawyers -- I'm Just Not Into It

Britney Spears TMZ has learned that when Britney first arrived at the courthouse and went into an underground tunnel, she was met by two of her lawyers -- Anne Kiley and Tara Scott. We're told they actually got into the Escalade to speak with her. That's when Brit said she just didn't want to testify.

That would also explain why she didn't go inside the courthouse from the tunnel. Once she drove away, she came back -- and at one point got out of the SUV -- but then got back in and drove off.

There's a buzz she may be back later today. Nevertheless, it looks like the hearing will go well into tomorrow, and she still has time to show up and testify.

20. Why would she want to testify? The minute she opens her mouth in the courtroom, she will confirm what a dumb, selfish waste of space she is..
At least it would speed up the legal process. They would take away her custody rights for good!!

25. Way too many chances for this trash. I'd say let's throw her in jail -- first to dry out, second to get it through her thick skull that the court means business. She's totally nuts and maybe a little time away from her "handlers" would help. What a mess she is. Those boys are better off.

29. You know what! The ONLY person who can help Britney is Britney. She needs to act like a mother, get strong, straighten up and work to get her kids back. If she doesn't do this, the kids are much better off with Kevin! Then Britney can party, ride around and have many guys! I'm sick of her.
