If Britney were mentally ill, the court appointed monitor who spends countless of hours by her side analyzing every word and every motion she makes with those children, would surely know and would have notified someone a long time ago. I'm sure the court or lawyers or however it works gets reports regularly from the monitor. It is assumable that she is passing.

So sorry guys, you're insane theories of mental illness is silly. Please think before you type.

Really the monitor is probably the one person who actually can have an opinion on Britney as a person. You all are just lonely jealous people out for a witch hunt. So typical.

51. The important thing is that Commisioner Gordon realizes that her mental instability is putting the her children at risk. I am not a Britney fan, I think that she is completely off the rails. She doesn't think she's the one with the problem, therefore, she will not seek treatment, she will not allow anyone to tell her she needs help and her behavior is only going to get worse. I feel bad for her kids. They don't deserve this. Brithead isn't going to get help and she won't be seeing her kids. I think that she had the first one to send the giant F-U to mom and dad and had the second one to try to keep K-Fed.

52. Isn't it funny that Britney was so angry at her manager, Larry Rudulph, for being the one to send her to rehab back in the day. At the time, everyone thought she had issues with drugs and alcohol...but maybe, just maybe, Britney had a right to be angry. Maybe drugs and alcohol weren't even the problem - it was just mental illness that was to blame. It's possible she was suffering from post-partum depression, or Borderline Personality Disorder, or Bi-Polar Disorder, and just wasn't aware herself of why she was feeling "off." And now, all this time later, it has spun out of control. Meanwhile, the trust she had in her management and her parents has been horribly broken. What a sad, sad mess.

54. Britney is in deep denial. We think she is mentally ill but she doesn't. She's paying lots of money to her lawyers (K-Fed's, too).
Why can't her lawyers get a Court Order for her to seek medical treatment? Why don't they accompany her to Court? Kaplan always shows up with K-Fed. We know Kaplan isn't going to seek medical treatment because as long as she acts crazy, the more money he and K-Fed will get. If her lawyers don't want to try to save her, what about the Judge? He could order a Mental Evaluation of her. Seems like everyone is wringing their hands over Britney but nobody is actually helping her. It's a very, very sad situation. Also, there should be a LAW that the Paparazzi cannot come within 500 feet close to ANYONE.

55. Anyone would be a nutcase if they had to go throught an ocean of money grubbers. Britney is hurt by the realization of how much she has been used by EVERYONE.The legal battle should end. She should just let him have custody, give him what ever money grubbing amount he wants for a new doublewide for Shar and move on. The kids will see her, they will know her and they will love her. She needs time to heal from all of the damn abuse.

58. Good now that the court recognizes her illness maybe they or her family will commit her to involuntary treatment. I really hopes she gets help. Behind the scenes I'm sure k-fed messing with her head and trying to keep her looking crazy so he can collect a child support payment or two. He was that concerned about hos kids he could ask the court to take away her parental rights all together. K-fed no dummy though if he does that then there is no more child support checks.
