47. One thing I can say after seeing all of this is that I am Grateful
Grateful that God didn't give me any talents that would make me famous.
Grateful my parents were willing to make their own money, rather than using me or my siblings to do it for them.
Grateful that when I go to the bathroom, the whole world doesn't get to watch.
Grateful to go to the grocery store, church, gas station, Starbucks, dinner, without a camera in my face.
Grateful that I do not have to drive 100 mph down the road trying to stay away from people who make money to follow me around and take pictures of me.
Grateful that when I pull out of the parking lot, I don't have to worry about running over people's feet because they are too stupid to get out of the way of my car.
Grateful that I can wear underwear today, or NOT, and nobody cares, and it isn't breaking "News."
Grateful that when I make a mistake as a parent, as inevitably we all will at one time or another, that nobody will tell the world what a horrible parent I am.
Grateful that I can marry someone, and know that it is because they love me, NOT for my money.

I agree that Britney shouldn't see her kids right now, but that is sad. Obviously she has some major issues. I can't help but wonder, though...if her parents hadn't been so greedy and allowed her to become famous at such a young age, would any of this have happened? I mean, she was a CHILD when she became famous. She wouldn't be famous if her PARENTS hadn't allowed it. If she weren't famous, there would be no paparazzi following her every move. If there were no paparazzi, Britney wouldn't get all of this negative attention. Sure she thrives on it. What else has she known since she was a kid? No, that is no excuse for a "normal" person, but what can Britney Spears possibly know about "normal"? Poor Britney, poor kids. My suggestion, get a restraining order against the paparazzi, THEN get a restraining order against LYNN SPEARS, then check into rehab until you are functional and can get those babies back, then stay out of the limelight and live your life privately.

52. The reason that she is not in custody is because it is very, very difficult to get someone put into treatment against their will. Even her family, her lawyers, her assistant, the police and ems, the hospital, and just about everyone in the free world is crying for her to get help! Basically, everyone who has recently dealt with her. And many of these same people have no vested interest in her other than a professional one. The only one who has shielded her is Adnan and there is simply no way you can trust his motivation. If she leaves, his power and cash flow dries up. But CaliCath, in all her arrogant wisdom, seems to know better than all of these other people! Wow, great swami, while you are here, please tell us how to end the conflict in Iraq and the rest of the world since you seem to know things that no one else knows. Help us CaliCath-kenobi, you are our only hope!

55. CaliCath, you are right, she doesn't thrive on it. I mistook the part on the news where she has been for the past year going out of her way to be seen in the oddest of places as thriving on it. It is not being cruel to say it, it is my opinion, something I am entitled to have. That being said, YOU should realize that there is NO cruelty in the truth. Apparently you know more of this situation than the rest of us. All we have to go on is what the media tells us. But you, obviously being the "insider" that you are, will surely set the rest of us strait.

56. Sorry Calicath but she does thrive on it! The club scene, the vag. shots, the hooking up with a pap., the proximity in which she lives to L.A. come on there are MANY high profile celebs that at least act like they don't want the attention. Yes, she thrives on it.

57. CaliCath, unlike you, I do not pretend to be a mind reader! All one has to simply do is pay attention to the reality of the situation! I actually would like her to seek out some help as this is her only chance of survival. She has demonstrated time after time that she has major mental problems that need to be addressed, but you, as a typical enabler fan, seem to be immune to the truth. People like you are the ones who are going to end up getting her killed! By hiding from her problems and refusing treatment, she is sure to go down in flames. And just what do you have against her just going in and getting thoroughly checked out? 58. I think that there are several things going wrong here. First from the tabloid aspect of it, I think it is a huge conflict of interest when a celeb can sell the stories of their life directly to the tabloids. That means more drama means more money. So what in her life is real and what is fabricated for more money ? The more crazy I act, the more magazine covers I get.

The next thing is, if you wanted to turn your babby daddy into Shar Jackson without looking like a skank. First you pretend at home like the kids are your whole life and that you will go crazy without them. Then for the things that really matter to get your kids back, like following court orders, you blow it off and snub your nose. That way you don't look like a mother that hates your kids, but you stick them with your ex ditrback hubby. I mean he's still a dirtback that is her ex hubby.

That beats having the kids in your house and hearing how he is out at strip clubs every night. Way to go Brit. You outsmarted them all and ruined several lives at the same time.

I say send her a message not to play games. Taker her kids away permenently and give K-FED a big huge check that she has to write the rest of her life.
