19. This little guy couldnt hurt a fly, your right 227. I remember him from Maryland when he was running around in a hooked up Import back in 98 with daddy's money at a speed shop in Silver Spring MD.

The funny thing is when you watch this video again, after he hands the first guy $100 dollar bill he notices that none of his fake azz entourage is watching so he has to tap the girl to be like " Look look at me " then gives the 2nd pappo $200 dollars lol. Hillarious, this is what happens when mommy and daddy hand you money all your life you turn into a spolied little brat, hopefully the little fellow at least got a hand job or something from the chick he tapped on the shoulder lol.
