31. I would hope Katie is more mature now than she was at 19 or 20. However, this doesn't seem like maturity. This seems robotic as so many have said. When I read or hear interviews with her, everything sounds so fake and awkward. If you go back to read and/or watch interviews with Nicole Kidman from the years she was married to Tom, it's almost scary how similar they sound. Their comments about Tom are very much alike. The way they seem to present themselves is similar also. It's weird. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but there's something seriously off about this relationship, and there has been from the be ginning.

34. I think she is completely trying to be and act like Jackie Kennedy Onassis. She has the hair, walk, clothes, etc. She may have matured, however, it is plain to see when she is acting in the movies she is more 'herself' than when she is interviewing. ( What is up with her deepened voice on Regis and Kelly this morning?!?) But put yourself in her shoes, I bet you would stand taller and act more sophisticated also. Money changes people. So does fame for being married to someone as powerful and world-known as Tom Cruise.

38. Ok, is the girl not allowed to grow & mature? This is not Dawson’s Creek circa 2002, folks. She is a 29 yr. old wife & mother & I think she looks lovely. I read an interview with her recently & she seemed very level headed & capable of making her own decisions. Unfortuntely, this is not the norm in Hollywood today which is all the more reason that she should be respected for this instead of ridiculed for her choice of husband &/or religion. Jeez.

44. Y'know, she does seem a bit . . . constricted. Scientology didn't make Kirstie Alley or Kelly Preston that way; they seem lively enough. So what happened with her?

I believe Suri is the product of Tom and Kate, maybe not so naturally. She bears a STRIKING resemblence to the Tomster, so I don't think they used that old goat's sperm to create a scientolo-kiddy.

But can you spell a-r-t-i-f-i-c-i-a-l i-n-s-e-m-i-n-a-t-i-o-n, kiddies? That's how Ms. Suri came to be. She's a pretty cute little girl, no matter how she came to be.

45. She does not look happy. I wouldn't call it maturity, you can still smile and be warm when matured. She has gotten herself into this and now has to live it. By the way she isn't so innocent, she is very intelligent both her father and brother are lawyers
can you imagine what the dinner conversations where about? She loves the lifestyle, and has always had a crush on Tom. I do believe she sold her soul for it. Enjoy Suri while you can because soon in 8 years Katie will be X, Tom gets the 10 year itch, that can only be cured with a quick divorce and no alimony. Remember Nicole, she didn't even know they were getting a divorce, he had her served. Tom will keep Suri, and his new wife will give an interview where she says, "Suri calls me MOM."
