The actor who died on-set by accidentally shooting himself with blanks in the late 80's early 90's was Jon Eric Hexum - how I retained that information all these years is a mystery to me -- I can't even remember names of people whom I've just met!!

He is a total fox, are you kidding me? Give the man a break he is nearly 50!! And loooking very good for it, he is aging gracefully and beautifully. If you google him, there are some pictures that are amazing!! You go buddy, you look fine and do not let nayone tell you any different!!

The actor who shot himself in the head w/ a blank was Jon Erik Hexum. Brandon Lee was accidentally shot by another actor when the gun that was supposed to have blanks in it had live rounds.
BTW, Max looks good and so does his wife-she is lovely-older or not. They have been married a long time so it must be for real-imagine that!

Actually the actor you are thinking of was Jon Erik Hexum; he was on a show called "Undercover". He died in the late 80's.
