Artie Lange gave onlookers lessons on how to pick up one of the hot Las Vegas cocktail waitresses ... just sit and stare with your tongue out.

TMZ snapped this photo of Artie from "The Howard Stern Show" inside the Luxor Hotel and Casino this weekend, at the exact moment his tongue fell out of his face while staring at this hot young server. No word on if she accepted his dinner invitation.

Stern sux since he left regualr radio. I wonder if it bothers him that he is totally irrelevent now. We used to read about him in the paper, and see his stupid son of the beach show......but now we get nothing. Stupid move, people don't and won't pay for radio. Besides, what fun is the show now that the gloves are off. that was part of the draw to see how he would explain stuff and yell at the dump guy when it didn't make it out. I would however go fully ball deep in Beth's backside. She is as fine as a summer day. Maybe start off with the Roman war helmet, then shove it right in her ass.
