James, who plays for the NBA's Cleveland Cavaliers, was busted on December 30 for doing 101 mph in a 65 mph zone in Medina, Ohio. BronBron's attorney entered a not guilty plea. James is due in court on February 11 -- the Cavs are scheduled to play in Orlando that night.

FYI -- the night LBJ was cited was also his 23rd birthday. We're just sayin'!

17. smart for Lebron....not pulling over on the highway....taking the cops on a trip to a much more safe and visible spot with witnesses around just in case anything went down.

18. I live in Akron where LeBron is from and it did happen. It's not fake. He has done interviews which were shown on all the local news stations admitting that he made a mistake and that just like anyone else in society, he has to pay the fine. However, I don't think he should be treated any harsher than the average citizen. He knows what he did was wrong, but he's also a human. How many young men who can afford to drive a car that goes up to 200 mph (that's how fast he said his car can go) wouldn't "open it up" on the highway in the middle of the night if they had a chance to...at least once? Let's be honest. He's a good guy and his reputation isn't the least bit tarnished by a speeding ticket. We've all had one at some point and furthermore, he wasn't DRINKING OR ON DRUGS! I think he's learned his lesson. I also think from his expression and demeanor on the news that he's quite embarassed as well...sometimes that's all it takes to make someone straighten up and fly right. It's not that big of a deal and it seems to me as if everyone is waiting for the "chosen one" to mess up. So far, in my eyes, he hasn't...he gives millions to the Akron community and has just built a brand new state of the art Urban League for the youth to have a safe and constructive place to go. He's on the right track...GO LEBRON--GO CAVS! TMZ, this isn't news...go pick on an NBA star who's cheating on his wife or one who isn't paying his child support...then you've got news.

22. FAKE FAKE FAKE FAKE FAKE FAKE FAKE FAKE

Yes. He did get pulled over. TRUE

This is a video of him getting pulled over on the 30th of December. FALSE

I believe he was pulled over sometime during the Holidays, but unless this was in the Early A.M. hours following December 29th, then it wasn't him. I have pictures of him in Vegas at the Venetian during the day on December 30th, that Night at the 40/40 Club for his B-Day party as well as video of him and JayZ toasting on December 31st at Midnight. Happy New Year.

This video is dated wrong or is not Lebron being pulled over.
