Barker Burps Up Lawsuit Against RockStar

Tatted up daddy Travis Barker is suing RockStar energy drink for unauthorized use of his name and image -- which they've now pulled from their site.

The suit claims "in 2007, RockStar, without permission or authorization" from Barker, put a pic of the rocker on their web site without asking! The nerve!

Now Barker is asking for unspecified compensatory and punitive damages. Drink that.

33. Barker is an idiot. I mean real idiot. I interviewed to work for his company and was ready to sign until I met with him...I ran from that mess as fast as I could. He is arrogant and delierious...he thinks he is as big as (*&(^&^%! Elvis!!! And he is GROSS in person to look at. Herion skinny and bad tats...YUCK.Looks ill. No thanks.
