Tatted up daddy Travis Barker is suing RockStar energy drink for unauthorized use of his name and image -- which they've now pulled from their site.

The suit claims "in 2007, RockStar, without permission or authorization" from Barker, put a pic of the rocker on their web site without asking! The nerve!

Now Barker is asking for unspecified compensatory and punitive damages. Drink that.
