Caroline D'Amore was surrounded by booze-guzzling idiots last night -- and one of them was walking around without pants ... or panties!

TMZ caught the Hilton BFF leaving Katsuya last night, where she was immediately bombarded by a beer can wielding, rude as heck "douchebag," who called her ugly right to her face! Her ridiculously wasted friend wasn't doing too much help, but Caroline called the guy out on his crap.

A half-naked female was also spotted trailing behind the unlucky DJ as she walked down Hollywood Blvd. What a night!

31. I think it's time for the L.A. Police to institute a new department. A special unit with vans to go around every night collecting drunken, publicity-seeking celebu-whores, crack heads, bipolar skanks, etc. It would be a very lucrative business. Britney Spears alone could single-handedly fund at least six vans on her own. The skank-weaved has been should be out tonight....there was no news of her running rampant for a chulupa last night. 34. White chicks are the nastiest, sluttiest girls bar none! Perfect example, Paris Hilton, man that chick will do ANYTHING, she has no standards or boundaries!! Its disgusting! Plus look at the way they conduct themselves on those reality shows. I remember that blond headed chick slurping on Joe on The Bachelor. Don't you chicks have any pride in yourselves?
