Tracey and Eddie Split -- After Two Weeks!

Roughly two weeks after Eddie Murphy and Tracey Edmonds ceremoniously tied the knot on a tropical island, the two have split!

Murphy's rep issued the following statement to TMZ:

"After much consideration and discussion, we have jointly decided that we will forego having a legal ceremony as it is not necessary to define our relationship further.

While the recent symbolic union in Bora Bora was representative of our deep love, friendship and respect that we have for one another on a spiritual level, we have decided to remain friends."

I used to like Eddie, but lost all respect when he denied his last child with Mel B. I feel sorry for these kids who have him for a father. It is really sad.

201. First of all T. Edmonds has her own $$. She graduated from Stanford and she is a studio exec. Eddie barely got his GED! He is the king of all Puttzez. He didn't get an Oscar because the freakin Academy voters had to pass his dumb-azz billboard on Wilshire of his movie NOrbitt (what a stinker that is!) His M-O is to have babies to prove his love like he did Mel B. Then this azzhole denies it all because he is chasing another skirt. They are all beards for his true lust for Johnny-Thrill and other young males. Eddie is the King of all weasels and Tracy is smart. She figured out that she didn't want to spend the rest of her life as his beard!

207. I knew these two wouldn't last. Why he got married after having a child with another woman is beyond me. He wants nothing to do with his daughter with Mel B which I find disgusting. If you are man enough to conceive a child you should man enough to be responsible for it.

210. Does anybody really want to know why these relationships don't last? How could they when you start it on a lie. Tracey used to be married to the singer Baby Face. Rumor has it that she left Baby Face for Eddie Murphy because she felt tht Baby Face worked to hard and didn't have time for her in his life. Eddie Murphy was his good friend. Who slept with his wife while he was making money for his family and enjoying his career. If this is all true, the whole relationship started out with a bunch of mess and these two people probably should have sought out therapy for their issues rather than sex. I hope that every life they have ruined with their selfishness is able to recover. Tracy and Baby Face have children as well as Eddie Murphy. I guess the happy couple didn't realize that real life desions have real life consequences and this is no laughing matter.
