Tracey and Eddie Split -- After Two Weeks!

Roughly two weeks after Eddie Murphy and Tracey Edmonds ceremoniously tied the knot on a tropical island, the two have split!

Murphy's rep issued the following statement to TMZ:

"After much consideration and discussion, we have jointly decided that we will forego having a legal ceremony as it is not necessary to define our relationship further.

While the recent symbolic union in Bora Bora was representative of our deep love, friendship and respect that we have for one another on a spiritual level, we have decided to remain friends."

220. somethings not right about eddie.he doesnt stay with a woman too long. tryed to pull that fake wedding on tracey but it didnt work.the girl is educated and a golddigger.you cant fool her. they both got what they deserved.

221. This was a planned marriage. Any fool could see it. These two dated for over a year and everything seemed great. Now, suddenly after two weeks of marriage they break up??! WTF?!?

Let's remember that Eddie was arrested for picking up a transvestite.... and then there's those Johnny Gill rumors. This is a sham marriage to protect Eddie's reputation and provide Tracey with the publicity she needs/wants. I bet your Hollywood stock goes up by leaps & bounds now.
