43. Some of you are so judgemental! She only had 2 glasses of wine over an entire dinner party when she got her DUI. Many women (especially if you're small stature/weight) will become legally drunk when only having 1-2 glasses of wine. That doesn't make her an awful person or mean that her children should be taken away from her! She stated she learned a very serious lession the hard way & has made several TV appearances spreading the work about how little alcohol it takes for many women to be legally drunk.

44. For those of you who don't know the DUI story (surprised TMZ didn't get to the back story). She actually appeared on Oprah in 2005 to tell her DUI story. The story? She had one glass of wine at a friends backyard BBQ and appeared to be fine when she was ready to go home, her husband didn't drive because he had more to drink. This just goes to show, even if you have ONE glass of anything, you're still too impaired to drive!!!
