Paula Abdul's new song has hit the Internets, thanks to "On-Air with Ryan Seacrest" -- and, well, it's no "Forever Your Girl."

1. Paula Abdul was good in her day. The new song is overly processed and hide all the imperfections of her voice. This song would never make it to the airwaves if it were someone else. 0 stars out of 5 (she does look 'Hot' though)!
