Actor George Clooney joked about Heston having Alzheimer's Disease and defended his comments saying that Heston deserved whatever was said about him for his involvement with the NRA;[5] Heston responded by saying that Clooney lacked "class," and said he felt sorry for Clooney, as Clooney had as much of a chance of developing Alzheimer's as anyone else.
Will George Clooney poke fun of people with AIDS next when he does not like thier politics? Very sad and ugly to poke fun at diseases and handicapps especially for political gain. Heston also stated that Clooney proves that class can skip generations. Classic.

11. Charlton Heston controversy
Clooney stirred up controversy for his remarks about Charlton Heston, while speaking at a National Board of Review event. Charlton Heston "announced again today that he is suffering from Alzheimer's."
"It was just a joke," Clooney responded. "That was someone else trying to make a bigger story."
Heston himself commented, "It just goes to show that sometimes class does skip a generation," referring to Clooney's late aunt, Rosemary Clooney.

13. George Clooney was NOT the first Batman to have nipples on the bat-suit. Val Kilmer was. Batman Forever was the first to be directed by Joel Shumacher (sp?) who used to be a costume designer.
